Refund Policy

1. Consulting Engagements
- Before delivery: Full refund if canceled before any consulting work has begun.
- Within 7 days: Full refund if you are not satisfied within the first 7 days. Processed within 10 business days.
- After 7 days: Evaluated case-by-case. A prorated refund may be issued for work not yet delivered.
2. Subscriptions & Retainers
May be canceled at any time. No refund for the current billing period; access and services continue until the end of the paid period.
3. Digital Deliverables
Test strategies, frameworks, process documentation, and other digital deliverables are non-refundable once delivered. If a deliverable contains errors or does not match the agreed scope, we will revise it at no additional cost.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at info@maplesamara.com with your full name, company, date of purchase, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method (Stripe).
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for failure to achieve specific QA outcomes or test results, as these depend on client cooperation, system access, and implementation factors outside our control.
